Who we are
When we say we offer a champion reception, we really mean it.
Chalet Luise Whistler B&B is owned and run by Martin Rowe and Clare Samuel, each a former rally champion and outdoor expert.
Martin won the FIA Production car World Rally Championship in 2003, the British Rally Championship in 1998 and 2001 and the Chinese Rally Championship in 2006, so he knows what it takes to succeed. He is also an accomplished downhill mountain bike rider and skier and regularly runs ice driving schools for private rally drivers and for corporate entertainment.
Clare is the double British Ladies Rally Champion and is just as familiar with the effort that goes into winning. She is also a keen skier and has worked as a trek leader for one of the UK’s leading global trekking companies, leading groups through the jungles of South America and Asia.
So between them, Clare and Martin are perfectly qualified in all aspects of Whistler’s outdoor activity, whether summer or winter.
